BAFE Modular Scheme SP203-1 recognises the installation of fire detection and alarm systems, ensuring that fire safety companies are providing compliant and competent measures as to reduce false alarms.

Initially launched in July 2002, BAFE SP203-1 was written and developed by stakeholders from all quarters of the industry. The board was chaired by an international fire risk professional and is now delivered on BAFE's behalf by licensed UKAS accredited Certification Bodies.

Much like many other BAFE schemes, SP203-1 is the basis for confidence in your chosen service provider.
